Oops! I ordered the wrong size.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, there’s a good chance we can make the switch for you. 
Email contact@inkmule.com ASAP with your order number and desired style/size.  We’ll be in touch.

 

I would like a refund.

If you are not happy with your order and if the shirt is not washed, worn or has non-factory defects or damages, you may return your shirt for a refund within 7 days of your order ship date. Return shipping is your responsibility, and a refund will be issued once the item is received in good condition.


Items listed as final sale are not eligible for a refund.  Please be careful when opening up your package with a knife or scissors! 

Please email us with your store name, order number and a brief description or picture to begin this process. Once we receive your returned order, we’ll process your refund to the original form of payment.

I would like an exchange!

If you’d like a different size/color or another item altogether, then drop us a note at contact@inkmule.com with the store name and your order number. Then, mail the unworn/unwashed item to:

Once received, we’ll issue you a refund, minus shipping costs.   

In the meantime, please purchase the desired product and we’ll get it out to you ASAP.

Help! My order is lost in the mail

We are not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. If the package is returned to us for any reason, we will contact you by email and arrange for redelivery. 

 

What’s taking so long for my order to arrive?

We ship all in-stock orders within 2 business days via USPS Priority Mail or First Class mail. 

If you need a guaranteed delivery date, please select UPS as your shipping option. 

 

What’s a Pre-Order?

Pre-Orders allow you to reserve a new product that has not yet been produced. It may take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks for production and fulfillment of your pre-ordered items. 

If you purchase other items in addition to the pre-ordered product, your complete order will be shipped when the pre-ordered item is ready.
